Hi There!
Thank you for visiting my blog.
My name is Neil Uttamsingh and I am a real estate investor.
I created this blog so that I could provide knowledge and confidence to people who are interested in buying their first rental property.
As a real estate investor, I noticed that there were a lot of people that I spoke to who were really interested in real estate and wanted to buy real estate as an investment, but did not have the knowledge or confidence that was imitation rolex day date m228206 0045 mens rolex calibre 2836 2813 silver tone required in order to purchase their first rental property.
As a result, I wanted to create a resource that people could use in order to obtain the confidence and knowledge they needed so that they could purchase their first rental property.
One of the greatest benefits of purchasing your first rental property is the cash flow that is generated.
My own personal real estate investing career began in 2005 when I purchased my first rental property in Oakville, Ontario, Canada.
- I purchased this property for $250,990 CAD.
- This property was a pre-build, which means that I purchased the home directly off of the plans from the real estate builder.
- I was able to purchase this cheap prada pants property by providing a $15,000 CAD down payment.
- As of January 2010, I own 4 rental properties all located in Ontario, Canada.
If you are someone who is looking to buy your first rental property, I hope that the content on my blog is of benefit to you. I also hope that this blog provides you with the knowledge and confidence required in order for you to buy your first rental property.
